03 Eligibility & Age Requirements

The following eligibility criteria apply to opening an account and playing on 399bwt:

05 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply to withdrawing winnings from 399bwt:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. However, larger amounts may take up to 24 hours due to verification requirements.
• Withdrawals must generally be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• To withdraw bonus winnings, the specified wagering conditions must be met.
• 399bwt reserves the right to hold and review withdrawals in the event of unusual or suspicious transactions.

Withdrawal Limits

06 Bonuses & Promotions

399bwt offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement. You must place bets totalling that amount before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is generally 20–30x.
• Not all games are available for play with bonus balance — some games may be excluded from bonus wagering.
• A player may only use one bonus at a time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 399bwt reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
• Each promotion has a specific validity period — once it expires, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

07 Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when playing on 399bwt:

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) — fully fair and verifiable.
• If a game round is interrupted due to a technical error or connection loss, 399bwt may consider that round void.
• In the event of a dispute over game results, the records in 399bwt's system will be considered final.
• In Live Casino games, you must follow the dealer's instructions and adhere to the game rules.
• Once a bet is confirmed in Sports Betting, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except via the live cash-out feature.

08 Prohibited Activities
